Grasse Perfume Workshop — Full-Day Private Tour
Grasse Perfume Workshop — Full-Day Private Tour
FULL DAY
NICE/CANNES/MONACO
PRIVATE
Most visitors to the Riviera never venture beyond the coast — and yet, just a few kilometres inland, an entirely different world unfolds: flower fields stretching across sun-drenched valleys and the ancient town of Grasse, where the art of perfumery has been practised without interruption for five hundred years. This full-day immersion takes you from the flower farms that supply the great couture houses through the cobbled lanes of Grasse’s old town, with a private perfume creation workshop at Galimard along the way. From field to fragrance, in the world capital of perfume.
THE OUI LOVE DIFFERENCE
Terroir-06 is a working flower farm, not a photo stop. We begin the day with Pascale at her exploitation in Le Bar-sur-Loup — jasmine and rose de mai in summer, mimosa in February. Walk the fields, discover the harvest and distillation process, then taste the farm’s own products. No script, no group — a genuine encounter at the living source of Grasse’s perfumery heritage.
The afternoon unfolds entirely at Galimard, home to one of the finest private perfume experiences in Grasse. From the legendary Usine-Musée to your own private Galimard perfume workshop — a full two hours with your dedicated perfumer, composing a bespoke 100ml Eau de Parfum. Champagne is served throughout.
Lunch is suggested well away from the visitor circuit. We’re happy to recommend a table in the heart of Grasse’s old town — a long, unhurried Provençal lunch in the world capital of perfume, far from where the tour buses stop.
Tour Overview: Grasse Perfume Workshop — Field to Fragrance
Terroir-06 — Private Flower Farm Immersion
Just a few kilometres inland from the Riviera coast, a working flower farm in the valleys around Grasse supplies raw materials for some of the world’s great perfume houses. A private two-hour visit with the producer — walking the fields, discovering the harvest, and tasting the farm’s own products — reveals a side of Grasse that no group perfume tour ever reaches.
Grasse Old Town — World Capital of Perfume
Stepped lanes, a baroque cathedral, sun-dappled squares — the old town of Grasse has practised the art of perfumery without interruption for five hundred years, and remains one of the most authentic, un-touristy corners of the entire Riviera.
Galimard Perfume Workshop
One of the most storied perfume houses in France, Galimard’s legendary Usine-Musée and private atelier give you a hands-on perfume experience in Grasse, culminating in your own bespoke fragrance to take home.
